Nic Porter Associates has established a reputation for the quality of its professional services. In order to maintain and develop these standards, the practice has generated and complies to its own internal Quality System centred around its quality assurance manual.
Nic Porter Associates Ltd have a current Certificate of Registration to BS EN 1S0 9001:2000 as Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Planning Supervisor
The objectives of the Quality System are to maintain and improve the high quality of services already provided in a manner that will constantly aim to meet the needs of our clients and their project in a cost effective manner and to provide a documented assurance to clients that the intended quality of service has been and will be realised.

Nic Porter Associates use The National Building Specification, which is an approved and accepted method of generating specifications used in building procurement and construction contracts and as such represents the most up to date source in specification information which takes on board current thinking on environmental issues.
The practice is aware of environmental issues and their importance and consequently this policy is subject to regular review and will follow the guidelines issued by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors related to Quantity Surveying matters.
Health and Safety Policy Statement
The policy of this practice is to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all our employees, and to provide such information, training and supervision as they need for this purpose. We also accept responsibility for the health and safety of other people who may be affected by our activities.
